Stephen M. Orsinger
Since joining the firm as a law clerk in 2005, Stephen Orsinger has established himself among the leading young family lawyers in the state.
Focusing on complex marital property issues with estates of all sizes, Stephen's Family Law practice also includes work with the firm's appellate team, assisting on work including brief-writing for appeals and mandamus proceedings in both State Courts of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court.
Stephen is a frequent speaker at Family Law conferences and seminars, and has written several articles on a variety of legal subjects, including corporations, partnerships, trusts, and the characterization of separate and community property.
His professional accomplishments have helped earn Stephen inclusion on the Texas Rising Stars list published by Thomson Reuters, Legal Division in both 2010 and 2011.
Stephen graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2007, and was licensed to practice law that same year. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from St. John's College in Santa Fe, N.M., in 2003.
