DALLAS - The Family Law firm of McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, L.L.P., is pleased to announce that Lindsay Daye Barbee and Ryan Kirkham have joined the firm's Dallas office as associates.
Ms. Barbee's practice will focus on custody and complex property cases. Mr. Kirkham's practice will focus on issues including divorce, jurisdictional disputes, asset tracing and complex property issues.
"Lindsay and Ryan are very talented young attorneys who are already proving to be exceptionally valuable members of the firm," says founding partner Mike McCurley.
Ms. Barbee earned her law degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2008. She earned her Bachelor's Degree, magna cum laude with departmental distinction, from SMU in 2005, and participated in the SMU-in-Britain Program at University College London in 2003-04.
Mr. Kirkham earned his law degree from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2009, and his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2003. In 2003-04, he studied international, European and German business law as a Congress-Bundestag Fulbright Scholar at Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln in Cologne, Germany.
