DALLAS - In what is becoming an annual tradition, seven attorneys from the Family Law firm McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, L.L.P., again have earned spots on the 2008 Texas Super Lawyers listing.
Included on the listing of the state's top attorneys are partners Mike McCurley, Richard R. Orsinger, Mary Johanna McCurley, Keith M. Nelson, R. Scott Downing and John E. Alexander. Each of the partners was recognized for their work in Family Law. Associate Brad M. LaMorgese also earned selection to the 2008 Super Lawyers list for his work in Appellate Law.
Three firm attorneys again received special recognition, with Mrs. McCurley listed among the Top 50 women attorneys in Texas, and Mr. McCurley and Mr. Orsinger each included among the state's Top 100 lawyers.

Super Lawyer selections are based on peer nominations made by more than 70,000 attorneys from across the state. A panel of lawyers selected by the Super Lawyers editors made the final selections, with fewer than 5 percent of the attorneys in Texas chosen for this honor.
