Appeals

If a party is dissatisfied with the result of a trial, there may be grounds to appeal that result to the Court of Appeals or the Texas Supreme Court. One of our attorneys, Richard Orsinger, is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, in addition to being a Family Law specialist. He is retained by parties statewide to appeal their cases, and has argued many successful appeals before the Texas Supreme Court and numerous intermediate appellate courts.
