Mike McCurley Recognized Among Country's Top 100 Lawyers in Worth Magazine 

DALLAS - Family Law specialist Mike McCurley, a founder and name partner in the Dallas-based law firm McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, L.L.P., has earned a spot among the country's Top 100 Attorneys in Worth magazine.

The Top 100 ranking appears in the November 2008 issue of Worth, and the full list is available at www.worth.com. Mr. McCurley is the only Dallas attorney to be featured, and one of only five attorneys from Texas on the list.

For the fourth consecutive year, the Top 100 list recognizes the nation's top attorneys specializing in trust and estates, philanthropy, elder care, matrimonial and other private practice areas. To develop the list, Worth editors first solicit nominations from readers and professionals who regularly interact with lawyers, such as financial advisors and accountants. To pare down its list to 100, Worth's editors then vet nominees through a detailed process designed to ensure that honorees are the leaders in their respective fields.

No stranger to accolades, Mr. McCurley has earned recognition on every Texas Super Lawyers listing, multiple honors by D Magazine as one of Dallas' top divorce lawyers and as a Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyer in America.
