Contact: Mike Androvett For Immediate Release McCurley, Orsinger Attorneys Named Super Lawyers (Dallas) – Seven attorneys from the Dallas-based Family Law firm of McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, L.L.P., have been named 2004 Texas Super Lawyers. Included on the prestigious list are name partners Mike McCurley, Richard R. Orsinger, Mary Johanna McCurley, Keith M. Nelson and R. Scott Downing, as well as partner John E. Alexander and of counsel W. Wayne Ward. Each attorney was recognized for his or her work in the field of Family Law. Mrs. McCurley also was named one of the top 50 women attorneys in Texas. Mr. Orsinger was recognized as one of the top 100 attorneys in Texas, and one of the top attorneys in Central Texas. Mr. McCurley was named one of the top attorneys in Dallas-Fort Worth. Texas Super Lawyers selections are based on peer nominations made by more than 70,000 attorneys from across the state. A panel of lawyers selected by the Super Lawyers editors made the final selections, and less than 5 percent of the attorneys in Texas were chosen for this honor. The Super Lawyers list is featured in the October issue of Texas Monthly magazine and Texas Super Lawyer magazine, a publication co-produced by the publishers of Texas Monthly and Law & Politics Media Inc. This is the second consecutive year that Mr. McCurley, Mr. Orsinger, Mrs. McCurley, Mr. Nelson, Mr. Downing and Mr. Ward were named as Super Lawyers . Firm attorney Kelly L.
