Since joining the firm as a law clerk in 2005, Stephen Orsinger has quickly established himself among the leading young family lawyers in the state. Stephen's family law practice focuses on cases involving complex marital property issues with estates both big and small. Stephen is also a member of the firm's appellate team, focusing on brief-writing for appeals and mandamus proceedings in both State Courts of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court. Stephen is a frequent speaker at family law conferences and seminars, and has written several articles on a variety of legal subjects, including corporations, partnerships, trusts, and the characterization of separate and community property. His professional accomplishments have helped earn Stephen inclusion on the list of 2010 Texas Rising Stars published by Thomson Reuters, Legal Division. Stephen graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2007, and was licensed to practice law that same year. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from St. John's College in Santa Fe, N.M., in 2003.
