An experienced Family Law attorney with an extensive background in divorce, custody, child support, property division, modifications and enforcement actions, Gene Leposki assists clients facing hearings, mediation and litigation.

Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Gene was a solo practitioner in San Diego for nearly 10 years after he was honorably discharged from the United States Navy. He routinely assisted clients in navigating the intersection of military and civilian justice systems, frequently acting as advocate for military personnel facing Family Law matters, including divorce, child support and custody, as well as other legal issues. He presented and wrote the supporting paper for the 2009 Family Case Law Update during the State Bar of Texas Annual Meeting in Dallas.

Gene is licensed to practice law in Texas, California, and Pennsylvania, and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Military Court of Appeals, as well as all other U.S. military courts. He is a 1991 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law, and graduated Naval Justice School in 1992. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in economics from Washington & Jefferson College in 1988.
